This policy explains what data CoachCheck collects, how it is used, and the controls available to coaches and clients.

Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, role, login credentials, and authentication metadata.
  • Coach workspace data: business profile, templates, assignments, and settings.
  • Client data entered by coaches and clients: check-ins, answers, progress metrics, and notes.
  • Billing references: Stripe customer/subscription identifiers and plan status.
  • Operational telemetry needed for reliability, abuse prevention, and security monitoring.

How we use data

  • Provide the service, including login, coaching workflows, and client portal functionality.
  • Process subscription billing, invoices, and account-level billing operations.
  • Send transactional emails such as invitations, password reset links, and check-in reminders.
  • Protect platform integrity through abuse detection, throttling, and security controls.
  • Improve product performance and user experience.

Processors and third parties

  • Stripe: payment processing and subscription management.
  • Resend: transactional email delivery.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers required to run CoachCheck.

Card data is handled directly by Stripe. CoachCheck does not store full payment card numbers.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active and as needed for legal or contractual obligations. You can request deletion of your workspace data by contacting support.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data associated with your account, subject to verification and legal constraints.
