Account and access

• You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.
• You may not share access in ways that bypass plan limits or violate applicable law.
• You must provide accurate account and billing information.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive activity.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, infrastructure, or data.
• Do not upload malicious code or content that disrupts platform operations.

Client data responsibilities

Coaches are responsible for ensuring lawful collection and use of their client data, including obtaining required consent and honoring local privacy requirements.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Billing is processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms and policies.
• If payment fails or a subscription becomes inactive, access to paid coach features may be limited until billing is resolved.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms, legal requirements, or security risk.

Warranty and liability

CoachCheck is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance.
